A refined pastry experience imagined as an art gallery. For Palet, we designed a space where every cake is treated as a masterpiece displayed on pedestals, framed by soft lighting, and supported by a warm, luxurious palette of plum, cream, and travertine. Inspired by the craft of artisan baking, the interior blends cultural elegance with contemporary restraint, inviting guests to savor both flavor and form.
